Great product

I am a 37 year old male who works construction. I started at 210 lbs. I've had the product 3 weeks now. I use it 5 times a week. With changes to my diet as well, I am down 10 lbs, 1 inch at the hips, and 2 inches at my waist. The product seems well built, is easy to fold and store away. It is also fun to use and the best part is you can make your workouts more or less intense as you desire. I highly recommend this product.

Had trouble getting started but

Had trouble getting started but once figuring it out I very much enjoy the ab doer. My husband has noticed tremendous results in my mid section.

I really like it. It's easy to use and provides a very convenient work out in my living room in front of the TV. I'll be ready to add a higher resistance rod soon. Great product.

My Wife and I are very happy 😊 with this product. She got her first Ab Doer in1997. She has absolutely wore 2 of the first models out. We bought the extreme when it came out. Recently purchased the 360. She says this is the best yet. Has even persuaded me to get started. I must admit its doing me some good.
